"We stayed at Casa Guac 14 nights spanning Christmas and New Years. The home itself is stunning. It was sparkling clean & very comfortable. We were an extended family, with two people in their 80's. Be aware that the stairs are extensive at this property. We knew there were three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third levels, and planned on the grandparents being up just one level, which they can handle. But what we didn't know is that just to enter the front door you have to walk...

Very convenient also loved the other staff as well as our drivers. Alejandra was always in close contact and there’s always staff available. "The home has a lovely open living room with a view of the negative edge pool and ocean. Rooms that all feel like separate suites, except the one behind the kitchen. That one does have its own bathroom and is well suited for kids. a great location and a very pleasant and accommodating staff. Highly recommended and will definitely try and return."

"We wanted to go to Puerto Vallarta to see the whales. It definitely exceeded our expectations. I wish I could attach pictures of the whales and dolphins a few feet from the shore. The house was luxurious, the staff was amazing, the chef was 5*. In short, we had a great time and plan to come back again next year. I would definitely recommend Mis Rocas. The value of staying there is definitely worth it. "

Inside-outside living, big infinity pool, comfy lounge chairs and a fully equipped kitchen… the decor is lovely and finishes are quality / authentic. "Definitely a great place if you have lots of adults/people. Angelina, person who stays on site and assists you, is very accommodating, friendly and great cook. It’s not a place you can walk to restaurants/beach. Plan ahead to use ubers, go out for meals or use Angelina for meals. There are pans and cooking utensils only in the kitchen. They do have large bottled water dispensers in guest kitchen and downstairs use. Overall a wonderful experience."

"Great property situated in a central area. Lots of space for 10 people. Outdoor eating area and pool are lovely. We didn't have any concerns re: safety. The property needs a little bit of maintenance, but the handyman is on site each morning to tend to concern's which is nice. Cleaning staff is lovely. We had expressed a desire to have cook prepare a daily breakfast each morning which unfortunately was not available. All in all a very good stay at this property. "

"Great location, near all services and shops. Easy to get taxi, uber, or bus. Food park is across the street. Short commute to Old Town or Melecon. Pool n views are amazing. Staff are attentive and available. Splurge for the breakfast buffet. And get to the pool early. "

"We just returned from an incredible stay at the Puerto Vallarta Hilton with our family, and it’s a hands-down 5-star experience! The pool was a blast for our kids—perfectly suited for them to play and enjoy. The kids’ club was phenomenal; our little ones adored it and still rave about the fun they had there. The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Food was delicious and always available, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. We also loved the hotel’s private beach—so beautiful and well-maintained, it felt like our own slice of paradise. The gym was a pleasant surprise too—spacious, well-equipped, and staffed with pros who kept it spotless. Daily activities added such a fun vibe, from beach games to evening events—there was always something exciting to do. The location is unbeatable, just a quick cab ride to the Puerto Vallarta Malecón and steps from central town. We loved every second and can’t wait to return. This place is a family dream—highly recommend!"
