"I really liked this place, despite some eccentricities. Estrella del Norte is run by a few generations of a Canarian family, and feels like a family-run establishment. The building is somewhat dated, but boasts fantastic views both ways, of the sea and nearby Teide volcano. They keep it spotlessly clean, and are very welcoming. "Fantastic hostel with friendly and proffessional staff, located about 15 minutes walk from the Centre. Two large terraces, free breakfast and extras such as laundry and towels very reasonably priced. The road outside is quite busy during the day, buy not too bad at night."
