"The best hotel I've stayed at in Europe so far. The property is very new. They have some construction going on at the street level but that did not bother me. The breakfast is top notch. "Amazing location for such a large city by Puerta del Sol. The Metro was so convenient to use as the stop/entrance was right by the hotel. Elevator access helped tremendously as we had large luggage. Located very close to lots of restaurants, shops and felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay "
