"The room has a lot of space and the view of sky tree is very good. Staff were very accomodating and their understanding of English is pretty good. It’s a good area to stay in as well, close to train stations, family mart, and major site seeing attractions like sensoji and sky tree. If you don’t mind doing a 40min train ride to shibuya, Shinjuku etc then I would high recommend staying here. "

"Property was a little hard to find as there wasn't clear signage. Rooms had steps in them so it wasn't easy to move luggage in and out of the room. Electrical outlets were also not placed in convenient locations for charging devices or connecting the kettle to boil water. Cups were placed in cupboards high up, a little hard for a 5 footer to retrieve. Other than that, facilities were great, service was excellent and helpful. I have stayed at other Section L aparthotels and didn't have the same...

"Our stay was good, clean room, heater helped for the cold days. It kept our room warm. The closest park is 15 mins away so if you have small children or pets there aren’t many parks available. "We were pretty disappointed w the condition of this place. The walls were falling apart, the plumbing was a mess and the shower was scuzzy enough that I wished I had flip flops on. The dingiest clubs and restaurants of shinjuku had nicer toilets. The only positive about the apartment was the beds. I booked it because there were two large beds in a town that seemed to mostly have small single beds, so that was a plus, but I wouldn’t recommend the place."
