"Lots of loud cars were driving around late at night. You could hear everything. That’s not the properties fault though. However everything else was great. Nice staff. Easy shuttle ride over to the water park. "

"This hotel is charming. It is beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and antiques. It felt warm and inviting from the moment we stepped in the lobby. The bed was so comfortable and the room was cozy. "

"It is easily walkable to the main street in Gatlinburg and to the shops that are located there. There is also a very nice local park within 100 yards or so of the hotel. That park gave us a nice place to walk our dogs. Of course, we picked up after them. The hotel is pet friendly."

"Breakfast staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Beautiful set up for gathering - very light! Furniture needs updating and hot tub was over-treated so that it appeared you were sitting in a bubble bath."
