"I found it to be decent for an overnight stay, but the bathroom was quite small and there were random stains throughout. Some things were falling apart, and I noticed mold in the shower. Additionally, you have to pay for parking, which isn't ideal, especially considering the overall condition of the place."

"Front desk staff was great. Property undergoing renovations but rooms are very nice. Breakfast from 6:30-9am is a good time frame. Not too far from restaurants and stores. About 10 minutes from Raleigh Convention Center."

"I had called earlier to check in late. But when I arrived at the hotel, there was no body at front desk to check me in. I had to call another hotel to book at room at 4:00 AM !!!"

"Everything as exceptional. Loved having the bar nearby😁the breakfast was excellent but would be nice if could eat in the room and not in the dining room. Also,the dog walk area was nice but nobody emptied the poop bin or replenished poop bags. No garbage cans outside in the courtyard or around the building so no place to put trash or poop bags anywhere overall, it was very pleasant and close to the fairgrounds "
