The room was outdated and not very inviting. We asked for a room with king bed but was told it was not available so we got a accessible room with 2 queens. The hotel did not appear that full so I'm not sure that was the reason or if it was because we booked through Expedia. We were not given any information about breakfast and didn't receive our vouchers for the buffet. The dinner eaiter/bartender was great as was the breakfast host.

I've stayed at this hotel twice for medical appointments nearby. Both times the front desk staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and very well set-up. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The only downside is the sound of airplanes but being beside the airport it's expected. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the bartender James. He is not only an incredible person that makes sure everyone is comfortable he makes killer drinks. The food at the restaurant is over the top good and so affordable. The option to dine in and have a nice drink at the bar without leaving the hotel is huge for me. I had some good conversations and met some great people on my last trip. This is definitely the place I will be staying at every trip I have to Raleigh.
