"The location of the hotel is ideal. You can easily walk to many restaurants. The TD garden is about a 15 min walk. The staff is generally friendly. My main complaint about the hotel is that they didn't clean our room one day. We had to call 3 times to get toilet paper. They also made several mistakes on our final bill. Charged triple for an upgrade. Make sure to double check your final bill."

"We liked the bed and bathroom. The room was very small .. no dresser drawers, very tiny awkward closet, one chair, very tiny refrigerator hidden inside desk , and there was a charge for WiFi access! Unwelcoming entrance to hotel due to renovations, often weaving around workmen cordoning off a portion of the entrance or elevator access. Would nit choose this Sheraton in the future even though renovations will end, the small room size was not comfortable . "
