"As good as it gets! The staff was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect. You can walk out of the hotel property and out to the best beach on Waikiki. Close to all of the best food and fun. The design of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. Met the nicest people up a the pool and the DJ up there at night is awesome!"

"Hotel is nice ,need a little TLC ,Costumer services,housekeeper is wonderful Fernando front desk ,represent the twin in high stands…Nika in front desk should be looking for other job..she isn’t Hawaiian an doesn't represent the Aloha ,in good stands rude and bitter….definitely I m going to be back..the only inconvenience is the high resort fee..higher than Vegas and I don’t know why is the reason for that high resort fee…I fell in love with the hotel and hospitality "

"The property is well maintained with spacious rooms with outstanding views of the ocean, golf course and mountains. The staff in both the hotel and the shops were extremely accomodating during our stay."

"Must’ve missed the part where you had to pay a resort fee. However, I also must not have been the only one. Upon checking in the service desk very discreetly mentioned the resort fee. I inquired then realized it was $50/night. That seemed VERY steep. However, I’d still rate the hotel a 5 star. Just wish they were more upfront about the $50/night fee. Had we booked more than one night, I would’ve made other plans. "

"It's convenient to the airport and has an airport shuttle. However, it is under a busy highway and can be noisy in some of the rooms."
