"The price is quite low and affordable, that's a big plus. The rooms are ok, there is breakfast but not a fancy one (still better than nothing). The biggest issue is the location. It is in West Memphis, and when trying to call an Uber (it's 10-15 minutes ride to downtown), the cars simply don't come to West Memphis. Getting an Uber from downtown to West Memphis works, but calling an Uber from West Memphis is a big problem (at least we didn't succeed and had to call a local taxi every time)....

"Everything was fine . I did have a problem with the amount they held back as it was supposed to be $150 and that was fine but the held back $260 plus change . Neither the person that checked us in or the one checking us out could explain "why " it was more than my daughters who checked into another room at the same time. They all assured me that it will be refunded to me. Everything else was great. Now waiting to see if I get my $230 refunded."
