"The front desk staff I super helpful and kind. The transportation to and from Graceland was great. The peanut butter and Jelly sandwich so cute at 9 pm nightly. The entertainment at nightly very nice environment. The pool nice and beautiful. Great memories with Family vacation, Thank you "

"The front desk clerk put us on the third floor. As we were entering the elevator I noticed the lights were flickering so we went to the other elevator they also were flickering. We informed the front desk clerk that flickering lights would trigger a seizure(my wife). So she put us on a ground floor room. Other than that everything was great!"

"Don’t let the surrounding area fool you, the Horseshoe itself is a great hotel and property. Stayed here to weather out a storm during a business road trip hauling equipment and got a last-minute King room at a great price. Will stay here again. Starbucks onsite, and a Guy Fieri restaurant. I don’t have a clear answer as to whether the buffet is still open or not."

"Very clean, nice hotel. Staff was awesome. Area was quiet however, there were tornados in the area so the sirens went off (testing) but otherwise, very enjoyable experience."
