"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The gym was clean and the equipment was nice. Great açaí bowl at the 509 restaurant. The neighborhood was very walkable and close to the action. The only thing I did not like was the resort fee. As we already had a breakfast package, we spent most of the fee at the roof top bar/restaurant. Would have preferred more healthy take away snack food options . "

"Upon arrival we were told not to mention it was a VRBO and that we are the host’s cousins. Upon alerting customer service of this and the notice in the elevator stating short term rentals are not allowed, they said the host said the notice is old and no longer relevant, and the most they could do is a 50$ refund as it did not classify as part of the guarantee to find a place. We left, contacted the general manager of the building, and confirmed it was not allowed to be rented. We contacted VRBO...
