Only down side was we had our car broken in to at the parking garage around the block. It’s not the hotels fault at all but the location could be a little dangerous for that reason. "

Upon alerting customer service of this and the notice in the elevator stating short term rentals are not allowed, they said the host said the notice is old and no longer relevant, and the most they could do is a 50$ refund as it did not classify as part of the guarantee to find a place. We left, contacted the general manager of the building, and confirmed it was not allowed to be rented. We contacted VRBO...
