"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"The Westin Downtown Cleveland is a nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. It is situated in the middle of downtown. You are within walking distance of great restaurants, casino, sports stadiums, museums, parks and shows. We will definitely stay again."
