"Good value"

"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"Well the place has been under construction and I actually had to mop my room cuz it was Footprints everywhere there was no towels I had to go to the front desk and get them"

"We have stayed here many times over the years . Property is nice , rooms clean and staff very nice . Also less than 30 min drive to Cleveland Clinic main campus and it is more reasonably priced than hotels there "
