"It was a work trip. I love not leaving the hotel for dinner. The menu was rather limited and I'm gluten free but Reynard, the server, helped me sift through. Gotta say the chicken wings and Ceasar salad were perfect!"

"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"
