"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"The staff was amazing. Highly recommend you pay the extra for breakfast. I had an omelette with a side of bacon made fresh and it was extremely worth it. Hotel is clean and the room we booked had plenty of space. We did book this place specifically for the bar/restaurant and hot tub but the bar/restaurant is apparently not open on Sunday's and the hot tub I was told hasn't worked in years which was a bummer. We choose a different local hotel and enjoy a weekend staycation that includes food, fun, and a comfortable room. This property by far has been the best hotel that we've stayed at.
