Comfy beds, every pot, pan, utensil, coffee press, (3 ways to make coffee, nutra bullet, courtesy snacks, cosmetic basket of anything you may have forgot, heated toilet seat, sons loved the Xbox in basement, recliners so comfortable he fell asleep & never used his room. Robes, towel for hot tub, heated towel rack in bathroom, why anyone would get a hotel instead of staying here is beyond crazy as we stayed @ the Hilton Garden Inn downtown...

"Susan and Mark have an absolutely gorgeous property. The farmhouse we stayed in was quaint and comfortable. You could sit on the couch watch the birds and the horses next to the fire all day. It appears there are plenty of things to do during the summer, but this trip brought a few mornings of snow covered pastures. Susan was always responsive and Mark was very nice. Great hosts and great property. I absolutely recommend!"

"My husband and I reserved Jason's house to visit with his sister and 88 yr old mother. We drove up from Florida.The house was very clean and tidy. Everything you need is there, all the linens and kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. We enjoyed seeing the deer come around every evening, and even saw a chipmunk. "Our stay was lovely! The place was emaculate when it came to cleanliness and it looked exactly like the pictures on the site. It was quiet and felt like home to me. We loved how convenient the place was from all of the cool things we wanted to see like the house from A Christmas Story.
