"Lovely clean hotel."

"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"We(my husband n i) always choose this location when we come to ohio. We have no issues with the hotel, the stsff is always frendly and helpful. Its clean, close to hospiral and shopping and an assortment of food thsy can satisify any pallet. The breakfast is alright, your typical stuff, breads, muffins, diy waffle, eggs and a side, juices, coffee, cereal. This is a great place to stay, but they book up fast so making early reservations is something i highly advise"

"I did not think the breakfast was good. The eggs tasted like fake eggs, the potatoes needed to be cooked more, and why isn’t there a do it yourself waffle iron? I was pleased there was apple juice. My room Seemed clean. Could the area in the bathroom above the backsplash and the bottom of the mirror get cleaned? There is toothpaste residue all over that area. "
