"Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and stocked nicely. When checking in another staff member checking another guest in made a mistake and had to delay me at least 10-15 minutes as she needed the computer I was being checked in with. That showed a lack of professionalism and was quite rude. As the employee that was serving me was very professional and polite, her training was definetly on show. That was the only down point but it could also stem to more situations like this and get the wrong customer who will be rude and entitled in the situation. Other than that I’d happily stay again and recommend it"

"The whole experience was fantastic. Just need to sort out some minor issues with their middle lift having issues reading the swipe card. We really enjoyed our stay here walkable to dining and tours etc. Would come again"

"We stay regularly at Alderney on Hay and as always it was a pleasant stay. Only downside was packing has become an issue as you could not go out at night or you loose your parking spot and have to park on the street. We also froze the first night as there was no aircon remote to switch the aircon down we eventually climb up to switch it off at the wall. Other than that we will stay there again."

"Lovely place. Short walk down stairs to river for great food choices. Most of the receptionists were lovely, one was quite “cool” and lacked warmth which was such a contrast to her colleagues. The apartment was nicer than it appears in photos. Great pool! Will stay here again. Ps quiet part of town not many shops etc "
