Bad wifi connection and there is no services from the property front desk despite highlighting to them. Property office reflected that there are not responsible for any booking from expedia. So disappointing with the service level. Understand that usual check-in is after 2pm but office is closed already at 3pm. This is not clearly stated in expedia before booking confirmation. This has created so much inconvience and alarm especially when we arrived in perth only at 5pm.

Upon arrival we were at the scenes with police due to the homeless junks causing a scene. The property has unsafe access to the public at anytime. I was threatened by a junkie on day 2 for money downstairs picking up the food at the lobby. The apartments were not cleaned well. Grease was still on the kitchen stove and oven we didnt use out of disgust. The property was not to the standard advertised. I definitely will not use again. They need to update urgently

Dont expect the Hyatt but this was Great value for money for a family of 5. We found it clean and functional. We had a problem with the fridge, reported to reception and by the time we arrived back at the room later we had a brand new fridge - and they took the time to relocate our food etc. Very responsive and helpful.

Check in is only avaliable between 2pm and 3pm. The after hours check in is way more complicated than it needs to be. No extra towels are provided even if requested you have to wash the single towel you are allocated making it hard if you need two towels at once
