"I must say the reception staff was excellent. I booked a day trip & got into some com problems. I asked help from the receptionist. She is so helpful, check my emails & call n help clarify the situation with them, even suggest change date or so.In the end i still did not get to go for the trip cos the other party not agreeable. She is kind even ask me to try get a refund though is supposely non redundable. I took her advice & tried. I got my refund. So thankful of her. Too bad i did not get her name. This incident happen on 28 oct. She is on duty that day. I am not sure if her race is consider an indian."

"Lovely stay. Smooth check in. Room was ready a bit earlier. Good service. Nice rooms with all the basic esssntials. Bar down stairs nice and breakfast was lovely with a good range/lots of options. Easy checkout. Wpuld be great if they had a warmer pool or spa but otherwise perfect t. "

"Great facilities inside room however frying pan is aluminium and created alot of smoke when trying to cook"

"This hotel has the best beds. We stayed an extra night just because. The b’fast included was handy to start the day well. We stored luggage for a return visit also. They have a book swap also if you have any to offer. Everyone was so nice and polite. We arrived back late one night; there were no issues getting in."
