"A very enjoyable stay. Comfortable room with everything you need for a good stay. Great location by beautiful Claisebrook Cove with some great little restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Optus Stadium. Definately stay there again."

"Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and stocked nicely. When checking in another staff member checking another guest in made a mistake and had to delay me at least 10-15 minutes as she needed the computer I was being checked in with. That showed a lack of professionalism and was quite rude. As the employee that was serving me was very professional and polite, her training was definetly on show. That was the only down point but it could also stem to more situations like this and get the wrong customer who will be rude and entitled in the situation. Other than that I’d happily stay again and recommend it"
