"Our second stay and already a firm favourite. Lovely location, old world feel but with comfortable, extremely good facilities. Super restaurant, nice breakfast choices. Most of all though it’s about the warm, caring people throughout the business. "

"It was not amazing as the hotel was closed and had no date to re open and then they wouldn’t get back to me regarding the payment. They said I had to pay the full amount. How can you be charged for a holiday you can’t take. Hotel is disgusting."

"The experience at the APEX was second to none. From the time we checked in and dropped of bags to the time we checked out. The location was super close to everything as well. The Tower of London, the Sky and the Tube were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. "
