"1. The hotel is located in not a very good neighborhood on a very busy street. Lots of sirens and street noise and the windows in the hotel are not soundproof! It’s hard to sleep. 2. The hotel seems very run down! Starting from the shattered glass door at the entrance to the torn wallpaper on the wall and chair torn. 3. no AC!! It wasn’t working in the while hotel. It was very stuffy in the summer. 4. I am allergic, so I brought my own sheets, they disappeared after cleaning and the hotel...

"Fantastic hotel for a stay before flying from Heathrow. I’ll never use an airport hotel again. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Food was great and we were lucky enough to be there on a Monday for the quiz which was lots of fun. "

"The staff were absolute gems and super comfortable beds, warm temperatures, and easy to get to central London. The overall hotel could use a refresh and remove all the carpet from the hotel rooms as well as add some new paint colors and in-room furniture. I also think the main reception area could use a makeover and more people would sit and have breakfast etc. "
