"Very good value for money, considering location and price. Clean but basic rooms, newly fitted bathroom which was good, and very friendly staff. Only downside was in the morning they had an issue which meant we had no hot water. They did fix it, but only at 11am when we were checking out. Could have done with another mirror in the room. "

"This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"

"This property I only booked as it was cost friendly in my budget. I did not paid much attention to reviews but when I visited this property I didn't even stayed, I looked for an another option. Main entrance Door seems for anyone to just kick in and come and then same for room entrance. Property is so old that I don't think anyone will stay. Altogether I feel that's why this is a non refundable property. I lost my entire money on it but I think I am happy with the loss after really looking at...

"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "
