"Was a little worried from the outside but on stepping in to the hotel our worries were gone. A lovely welcome and good services when we asked about taxis etc. Totally let down during the night when our sleep was completely disturbed by very noisey and rude room next door. It is located in Zone 2, so transportation is a bit more expensive if you plan to spend a significant time doing a lot of touristy things in Zone 1. "I originally booked in for one night. I staued for longer and went away for 2 weeks and checked in again. I stay in hotels all around the world and this is possibly my favorite. The staff are just absolutely fantastic, their warmth is contagipus. The rooms are also warm and extremely comfortable. Oof'ys restaurant, which is inside the hotel is really good and has dishes for every taste and you will not find a better restaurant for miles in any direction. It is right opposite the tube station...

"This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"

"Very good value for money, considering location and price. Clean but basic rooms, newly fitted bathroom which was good, and very friendly staff. Only downside was in the morning they had an issue which meant we had no hot water. They did fix it, but only at 11am when we were checking out. Could have done with another mirror in the room. "

"Firstly this is anything but a hotel. The property was not as described. No stove, nor oven. Heating seemed a luxury option. It spent more time not working, and on the last day waited 12 hours for it to be turned back on. Owner obviously knew what the issue was! Expedia did nothing to assist in resolving the matter. "

"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "

"This property I only booked as it was cost friendly in my budget. I did not paid much attention to reviews but when I visited this property I didn't even stayed, I looked for an another option. Main entrance Door seems for anyone to just kick in and come and then same for room entrance. Property is so old that I don't think anyone will stay. Altogether I feel that's why this is a non refundable property. I lost my entire money on it but I think I am happy with the loss after really looking at...
