"Great location in Dunedin, plenty of eateries within close walking distance, on-site parking a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but totally adequate and less than the cost of a fancy coffee elsewhere ... great value."
