Helpful staff, nice room, reasonable price, very good location in central Dunedin. Not a complaint, but hotel was a bit difficult to find (while driving) as it’s located down a narrow laneway off a one way major street.

Great location, comfortable accommodation. Really appreciated the little extras - robes, umbrella supplied, two TVs, and excellent water pressure in the shower. Everything was clean and tidy. A grwat find and somewhere we will return to!

Loved our stay in the twin room! We had a quick trip that required only one night in Dunedin. Late check in was seamlessly accommodated, the room was warm and cozy on arrival late at night. It was very clean, incredible shower pressure and comfy bed. Great location being in town - within walking distance to shops/the octagon etc and car park was provided for free. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend.

We were very grateful for the manager for his help when we had trouble getting into a car park which wasnt big enough for our car . Good to get a room in the block that has a lift . We usually stay here when we stay in Dunedin . Close to shops and restaurants .

My favourite place to stay in Dunedin. Spacious rooms, friendly welcome, good wifi, plenty of parking, central but quiet. Now that the roadworks are completed, its even better and the neighbourhood looks lovely!
