"Property is in very good condition. Great bed, excellent heating, extremely clean and fresh. It is in the city and was therefore getting noise from the street. Now I should add I’ve been in national parks for 2 weeks where it has been extremely quiet and this was my first city, so noise was probably appropriate for a city and I was just very used to the countryside… so probably not very fair saying it was noisy…"

"Room was basic but tidy and with everything we needed. Host was super friendly and very helpful. It’s just a slightly rougher part of town with all the student flats, made worse by it being the last weekend for many students in Dunedin. "

"We had to detour to Dunedin and find a last minute hotel. We grabbed Amross last minute on Expedia. It was quite nice, would be expecially nice for longer stays as it has a full kitchen, large space, and parking. The owners, Barry and Donna, really showed pride in their motel, were very helpful, sent a welcome email and made sure that we booked the correct night. 5 stars aren't enough for them! Location is about 4 blocks from the main square and a couple blocks from the University. ...

"We had to detour to Dunedin and find a last minute hotel. We grabbed Amross last minute on Expedia. It was quite nice, would be expecially nice for longer stays as it has a full kitchen, large space, and parking. The owners, Barry and Donna, really showed pride in their motel, were very helpful, sent a welcome email and made sure that we booked the correct night. 5 stars aren't enough for them!
