"We have stayed here maybe 10 times now and it is always excellent. There is a building site next door but to be honest it doesn't really affect the hotel. It is lovely how Shivani in Messerie Restaurant always remembers us and make us feel very welcome. The staff who work at the front area remember us as well which is nice. Halid on the beach even remembers where we like to sit and puts our towels out nice and early, we can't ask for any more than all of this. "

Loved the beach access and the promenade on the other side to walk along the Palm. Really appreciate the upgraded room and kind treatment during my pregnancy. The balcony and view of the palm were stunning. The fruit bowl was so sweet and we really appreciate the staff giving us extra water. The gym was convenient and had a good selection of equipment and was very clean. The restaurant was also delicious for dinner. The Ramadan decorations on the beach were also lovely. Staff also helped us advise and secure a taxi for the return trip on the spot. Thank you for helping us have an amazing trip! Would highly recommend"
