Graeat location with link to Mall of Emirates. Excellent staff. Superby housekeeping service from Emelia made my stay to feel like l was home despite the fact that it was peak season. The breakfast chefs were very good with the egg orders. The gym and swimming pool on the 24th floor have excellent views. I was not impressed with the aircon as the have fans that maintain room temperatures of 23°C and can not go above that hence a disadvantage on a chilly day.

Big appreciation and thanks to all the staff at the hotel who made our stay perfect! Very helpful and friendly staff starting from the reception to the room service! Rooms are spacious and very convient. All rooms are recently renovated.

The hotel was very nice. It was modern and clean and updated. The only thing I could fault was probably the buffet breakfast. It was very average and could do better.

Great hotel. The staff is amazing. They do make you feel special. The premises are spotless: room, hallways, common areas, restaurants, pool... the place is immaculate. And the location is perfect, being attached to the Mall of the Emirates with very convenient access to the Metro.
