My 12 year old loves that I can take him to the gym, it’s easy to travel to marina:JBR area from here & the pool area is busy but good. "Great property with excellent staff when paid as a package. But encounter different experiences and higher price for additional private tour at Concierge. Disappointed by lack of knowledgeable tour guide. Felt ripped off for lack of quality control. "

"Very professional and friendly staff everywhere - reception, restaurant, pool area. Impecably clean room. I lost a small personal item in the lobby ( which is a vast area) and it was safely kept for me in "lost and found'. Very grateful."
