"Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, property was nice. Parking garage is across the street, which is not optimal for a family with small children. It is also quite confining, so don't book this hotel if you are planning to drive your one ton dually with a lift kit. I was also disappointed that the parking fee was not disclosed until you clicked through the initial descriptions which simply said "Parking available". "This hotel is in a great location, close to the river and many restaurants as well as the University of Tampa. The staff were very helpful and the bedroom was a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was the traffic noise, which could be heard from the room."

"I liked breakfast items, like small rolls, varieties of fruits, especially red raspberries, blueberries, pineapples and on top of them I put some cereals, raisins, etc. Also I liked patties & scrambled eggs as well. Then came Cinthya, my waitress. She was very pleasant to talk with and then we had a great conversation. I recommend her to everyone! :-)) "
