We were under the impression this was a new hotel but maybe it’s just under new management. The property needs a lot of work, the drop ceiling in the outdoor bathroom was completely missing and the bathroom itself looked scary, the gym was being used as storage but still open to use, there was a bunchbof random things in it like a pink kids bike and materials for construction. The check in process took over 20 minutes because “the system wasn’t updating” so they couldn’t find a room for us, the girl had to go check the rooms herself to see which one had 2 beds to accommodate us. The room described 2 queen beds but they were actually 2 full size beds which makes a big difference when traveling as a family of 4. The toilet seat in the room was very scraped like it had been dragged through concrete before being installed. The breakfast was completely cold because they didn’t turn on the heated serving dishes so the bacon and sausage was being served uncooked. I was fooled by how nice the property looked on Instagram, I guess the best thing they have is their social media manager.

I had booked online for a specific rate and when I get to the hotel, I was getting charged over $200 more than what was reserved. I even spoke with the supervisor there and showed them my confirmation and they still mentioned that they could not honor the price that the rate may have gone up since I booked it I spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia trying to get this resolved with the resort And the supervisor refused to honor the price, even though the Expedia representative was advising them of the honor policy. The supervisor then decided to approve the original rate that was booked, but by then I was already an hour into my 4 hour drive back home. I will never book here again.

I booked a double room online because we had 4 people in room including 2 elderly. I showed up and they were out of double rooms. We settled for the king with a pull out sofa and the desk attendant promised me that the next night we could move to a double room. Talked to the people at the desk bright and early and they saw the note and said come back to check at 1:00. Came back at 1:00 and they said no rooms were ready to switch so they wrote it down on a paper. I told her we won’t be back til 8:00 due to games and told her don’t give away our room. And she told us no ma’am that won’t happen we will get you switched. Came back at 8:00 and guess what they gave all the double rooms away again as well has had 6 keys waiting on the counter that were for people that weren’t even there yet which were double rooms. She refused to give me one of them. I asked to check out right then and there because they refused to give us the room we bought. She said no so we will not be returning to this establishment.

Room was clean but our Ac wasn’t working , the room was very cold we couldn’t raise up the temperature. We had to sleep with jackets all night long and my son got sick . We didn’t called the front desk because it as so late we just wanted to rest and we thought that eventually the temperature was going to go up . I told the front desk of the issue they completely ignored the issue .

We stayed here because it’s close to Busch Gardens. The desk staff were nice. Everything was very clean. We had to give it 4 stars because there was a light in our balcony that we couldn’t turn off it kept the room so bright it was like day time all night. We even tried to put towels around the windows. The breakfast was not good at all.

The rooms were clean and very nice. Loved the convenience to Busch Gardens. However breakfast was a disappointment. Hot food was cold and they were out of items. Also, we wanted to check in early, or at least drop off suitcases early, and there was no option for either.

I got in early I guess and wouldn’t check us in. Then I needed a rest room and there was only 1 and the door was locked. She told me after I went back that it must be getting cleaned but now cart to be found. Ended up going in the men’s room. Very inconvenient. Was very nice to have a complimentary breakfast but food wasn’t very warm. Pool area very nice and it looks like they are working on the place

When I arrived the receptionist was rude. My sheets was dirty with hair on them. My AC was broken and the temperature outside was below 50 degrees. To be even more upsetting I was offered a blanket to stay warm. So disappointed

None of the staff acted like they gave 2 craps about anyone there. There is one entrance for the entire complex, had to walk long distances to do anything (unload car, get things from car after check-in, etc.). Limited areas to eat "complimentary breakfast" and when I popped down only a few things were available. Also was alarmed to find that while I was out for the day, someone entered my room without permission.

It was actually very nice. The bar section wasn’t available. It was under construction. I guess no restaurants but every room had an Olive Garden menu on the table so I guess we could order from Olive Garden and have it delivered to our rooms overall wasn’t too bad clean rooms clean bathroom. I wish we had more of a selection on the TV but I liked it I would come back.

The room was spacious. Vary well lite. The free breakfast was bountiful, but, no real eating area. My room was on the third floor and the elevator next to the lobby was out of order. I had to go all the way around to the other side of the complex to access the second elevator.
