"Incredibly affordable and great location. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel had everything you needed. The valet staff was extremely efficient and didn’t have to wait long for your vehicle. One complaint is that it’s pretty obvious that it’s in need of a major renovation. Too many eye sores for a luxury priced hotel."

"It was a busy Gasparilla weekend and everything in the hotel was maintained very clean and as expected customer service. When we checked in to our room, The only issue we had was that, I had 5 in a room (and noted in the reservation) and were only given two towels, one hand towel one wash cloth, one bath floor towel.
