FRONT DESK GUY NAMED TYLER-WROTE THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER ON OUR KEYS AND TOLD US THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER SO WE SPENT 15 MINUTES TRYING TO GET INTO SOMEONE ELSES ROOM-NOT COOL AT ALL-THANKFULLY NOBODY WAS IN THE WRONG ROOM AT THE TIME BECAUSE IT COULD OF TURNED OUT VERY BADLY. DURING BREAKFAST THEY ONLY HAD 1 PERSON WORKING SO FOR 18.00 A PERSON THERE WAS VERY LIMITED FOOD OPTIONS OUT AND LADY KET SAYING THAT SHE WAS THERE BY HERSELF TO HELP THE 30 PEOPLE THAT WERE ALL TRYING TO GET FOOD. THE PARKING SITUATION IS HORRIFIC!!!! VALET HAD TO PARK VEHICLES 8-10 BLOCKS AWAY AND WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 45MIN OR LONGER TO GET OUR CAR SO WE SHOULD SELF PARK-WELL IF YOU HAVE A LARGE VEHICLE -DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRY TO PARK IN THE GARAGE-VERY HARD TO NAVIGATE WITH A LARGER VEHICLE.
