"The park across the street is a bit sketchy, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Lovely pool, excellent staff, One elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Restaurants are very good, lovely lobby, concierge is wonderful. Our first stay in San Antonio and we enjoyed it. Also, great restaurants nearby, and the River Walk is an easy stroll. all in all, very very nice."

Only things i would say needs improvement are some of the promises made on the website that are not available or are inaccurate. The pool might be technically "heated" but not really. Its not swimmable in cold weather or even a couple of days after cold weather.
