"This is an excellent choice for a stay in the CENTRO historico. The staff was great and very responsive to our needs and requests. The pillows were uncomfortable for my neck and there was no option to get something that worked better for me. I asked but received no options. "Property was clean and quiet, it rained a bit for a day or two and rooms were a little chilly no blanket’s available for use. Towels to shower were a few and no extras available. Sent a message to host about a few small roaches and no reply was sent back. Notified cleaning personnel and they stated they would send message until now I have not received a reply. It’s convenient to get around the place was clean and plenty of area to rest and work. WiFi was spotty and slow. "
