"It was a very spacious and clean room, with a perfect and elegant bathroom. The front lobby workers were more than attentive and kind. We got 2 free drink tickets at the hotel bar because of New Year’s Eve upon check in. It definitely got busy because of the cafe but overall was a perfect way to start the night. The location is perfect for walking anywhere and right next to the T stations. "

"Stayed 4 nights but our 3rd day housekeeping bothered us 3x thinking we were checking out I guess the miscommunication was cuz the manager of housekeeping left & the message wasn’t transcribed properly."

"Great place in the middle of everything close to shops, restaurants, subway entrances etc. Pros: Great location, modern rooms, quiet and clean rooms, friendly staff. Cons: Not a lot, the only thing that is a minor complain would be that they add one more light fixture to the room since it can get a little dark. Additionally the blackout shutter stopped working our last night. I highly recommend this hotel based on its location, cleanliness and modern fixtures alone. "

"The hotel is nice and centrally located. Disappointingly, the staff was not welcoming or accommodating. There is no business office that can help print boarding pass or other documents you’ll need like cruise documents. The night desk staff looked like he’d rather sleep. The room is comfortable. We did not get additional shampoo when empty. The service was not at par for the price we paid. "
