"Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Conveniently located and clean. Loved the local apples that were available for guests. The wine selection is very slim and what wine I tried was awful. Didn’t care for the food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Fantastic location, excellent staff that were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was extremely small which made it difficult for us, the other thing we weren't fond of was the furniture was not functional, no dresser, only 1 drawer in the closet, lighting was poor. Closet and shelving were painted black, with the limited lighting in the room it was hard to see. "

"The hotel is nice and centrally located. Disappointingly, the staff was not welcoming or accommodating. There is no business office that can help print boarding pass or other documents you’ll need like cruise documents. The night desk staff looked like he’d rather sleep. The room is comfortable. We did not get additional shampoo when empty. The service was not at par for the price we paid. "
