"The hotel is beautiful ! It has kept its art deco style beautifully .we had a double bed bedroom which faced the front -this room was immaculately clean and had bath robes etc in there too . "Brilliant loved it apart from no hot water for are 2 night stay witch took till check out to be sorted out even though we informed of the problem first night. And the maintenance man lied and told manager it was all working and checked. He never checked it and it was not working. However the lovley manager gave us a free night and we paid to stay another night also and she did us a good deal on that . We will be back soon can’t wait "

There were issues with the shower ( too hot ) which were sorted out by staff. Had dinner and breakfast - both good, tasty food. I was disappointed not to be able to have a swim as part of my stay at the hotel. The website i booked on tells potential customers that there is a charge for breakfast but does not say that there is a charge to use the pool / spa. Thank you...

"The location is fantastic and we found great parking nearby that cost us less that £20 for over 48hrs. The apartments are very spacious but could do with some fresh paint on the walls. Ours had missing pictures frames and there were no blinds on the windows so the light woke us up early. The beds were clean and comfy and it was great to have a full kitchen to prep food for during the day. "

"Only stayed 1 night at the titanic,however i wish i stayed longer,the hotel is stunning and my room was fantastic,nice touches everywhere,like coffee machines,bottled water etc,bathroom was very large and luxurious,bedroom was enormous and extremely tasteful,the only negative is i could not open the window.but this is really clutching at straws.Service was impeccable.Do feel for the price point that parking on site should be free though"

Overnight stay Sat Night.

"My wife and I had a quick overnight stay with friends. We were allowed to check in at 11:30am which saved a lot of time later in the day. The receptionist was really good as our friends had arrived and booked a room the previous night in addition to my booking for all of us for 1 night. She managed to keep our friends in the room they had booked the previous night which saved them having to change rooms. She did very well and it was much appreciated."
