"Concierge was super nice upon an arrival and greeted us nicely. Only gave four points on condition and not five because our room smelled like cigarette however I told the concierge and he was extremely quick to bring me to a better room and make sure our stay was excellent. I appreciate his hospitality and making us feel comfortable during our stay with our family. Will be returning here!"
