The porch is fantastic - while it could use a lick of paint and you are pretty close to the neighbors, there is a line of trees that makes you feel like you're sitting in a forest. "The home needs a lot of updates. The bathroom walls had cracks and there was no water pressure and only luke warm water in the shower and sink. The bedrooms had sheer type drapes and you could see outside and inside with the homes right next to each other. The kitchen cabinets were greasy, the freezer had lots of food in it mostly expired. The cabinets had lots of can goods and spices that were expired. Some cabinets did not close completely. There was a pet food dish in one cabinet. The...

"Three of us enjoyed this upstairs apartment centrally located in the commercial area of Saugatuck. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the nearby river. Parking was easy and convenient behind our building as well as down the street. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved kicking back in the living room. We could open the door to the small balcony and enjoy the fall breeze coming through. Kitchen was adequate but we ate out for all meals. "
