"Started off somewhat confusing, with the wrong code and wrong address being sent, causing us to accidentally walk in on the downstairs tenants. Thankfully they were understanding. Front door didn't seem to lock. Maybe we were doing it wrong? But a little communication prior to arrival could have helped. Downstairs tenants were also quite loud, up til 1-2am. This is not the hosts fault, but as a suggestion, maybe consider removing the piano from the rental so guests who are trying to sleep...

"We stayed here for 5 nights for my sister's wedding. I received check-in details via text, which was very convenient. The step-by-step (with photos) of how to get to the unit were extremely helpful and easy to follow. I don't think we would have made it otherwise! The apartment was spacious and clean. Three large bedrooms, two good size bathrooms, and even a full in-unit laundry room. I'd recommend Unit 1111 (where we stayed) for sure!"

"We stayed here for my son‘s wedding. We rented the place for the week of the wedding loved everything about it. Love that it had all of the necessities that you need was glad that I could bring my fur babies. Eric and Mark were wonderful to deal with. Made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely rent this place again. "We loved this property - it was the perfect size for my husband and I and was exactly as advertised. Clean, cute, quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. It was the perfect place to stay for our fall Michigan getaway. Would definitely book again!"

"Great communication and really nice set up. The only thing I would say is was not as nice was the sub pump was extremely loud so it may be going out. You definitely can't sleep while someone is showering/using water. But otherwise the place was super cozy, great kitchen with all the utensils and dish/cookware we needed. Plenty of seating and places to work and eat. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. Is under a business but very private over the weekend. Not sure how it is during the week....

"The place seemed very normal on the outside but it was very well kept on the inside. It was well furnished and comfortable with cute decor. The door lock is a bit confusing and the first email had the wrong code on it. When I called the host they were condescending towards me for not knowing which email had the correct code. Everything else was great. "

"Not only was the unit clean and comfortable, but the location was very much downtown and central to everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We found the unit to be quiet, despite being close to 131. Dealing with the property manager was easy. We definately would stay here again the next time we plan a weekend in Grand Rapids. One note, you can decide if it is a positive or negative, the cleanning lady was in the unit before we dropped off the keys/parking...
