"We booked the Paddlewheel location to be close to downtown Saugatuck, and it was more than we hoped for. The check in process was so easy because the manager contacted us via email and text days before our visit with detailed instructions. The location was so quiet and peaceful, but close enough to all the shops and restaurants to walk. The checkout was just as easy as check in. We have already discussed staying here again in the future!"

"Good for a short stay. The bathroom was incredibly tiny. The shower floor is the bathroom floor with a drain in the floor but no curb at the bathroom entrance, so when the drain stopped draining, the water flooded into the living area. Luckily I caught it quickly and told my husband to shut off the shower and threw a bunch of towels down. We reported it immediately and a plumber was sent out the same day to fix it. Great response!
