"Check in process was confusing. We are family of 5, and when making the reservation, I had to book two rooms, one parent and some children in each room. This apparently resulted in two separate bookings as seen by the front desk, under different names. I had to show the receptionist the email confirmation and ultimately he was able to dig into what had happened and get us checked in. "As with anything in the UK finding specific homes can be a little challenging. But the host was very responsive and very helpful to get there in the dark of the night. Once we are there the place was perfect! The fireplace was great, the kitchen was great, the beds were great. I will definitely come back! "
