"The size of the suites were amazing In the balcony was absolutely beautiful! The patio furniture on the balcony might need a little bit more attention from the cleaning staff and providing a few more towels to the room. Everything else was absolutely spectacular. The king size bed was so comfortable including the bedding and pillows. I would definitely recommend this place. "Positive: Carlos, Harley, and the bartender were PHENOMENAL!! The food was delicious and great. Negative: The property's WIFI did not work in the rooms only in the restaurant. There was no hot water for showers or hand washing the entire time we were there. The property has potential but did not live up to the advertisements on it's web site."

"Loved everything about this place. staff is always available 24/7. Rooms and bathroom so clean, just the way I like it. The pool was not to cold y was warm and comfy. It’s not extremely deep but it’s not low either. My kids and family enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much. See you guys soon."

"This place is closed since march 2019 due to pandemic however they are doing bookings and taking people's money. Don't bother with this. I complained and ask for refund that was denied. "

"Smooth check in and attentive hosts. Construction in the area made transportation a small challenge, but this was outside of the control of the site. Excellent pools and good restaurant. Beautiful view of the beach. "

Front desk clerk was not very helpful with instructions on how things work in the room or any info around the area. There was access after lobby closes yet we were not...

"The location is famous; is safe, and clean, however my appointment was not ready nor clean, the air conditional was not working(for a couple of hours), the hottub was does not gets hot and after it was clean per my request, it was still durty.
