"We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel whilst in Zurich. The hotel is located adjacent to the tramline, which takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the main station in the city centre. The staff brilliant, friendly and helped us with information getting to the Lindt factory without having to take an expensive tour. The rooms themselves are unique decorated, clean and the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again if I was to return to Zurich. "

The hotel was so accommodating – they helped us with an early check-in and didn’t even charge us! I was absolutely relieved and grateful for that. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke an impressive variety of languages, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and in a fantastic location. The restaurant had delicious food, and the drinks were refreshing, all served with amazing hospitality. It was such a wonderful experience!"
