"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. "Overall good experience "

"Nice place to stay, lovely room and bathroom was nice. The restaurant downstairs was lively and had good food and drinks. Although it almost seemed like a night club downstairs, we didn’t hear any noise in our second level room. It was nice that it had a lot for parking. "

"The location, if you are using the coach station for trips with Best of Switzerland or Grayline is excellent as it is just accross the road. Easy to walk to Zurich Old Town and the lake for boat trips, through the train staion and along Bahnhofstrasse. Clean hotel although a basic room it had everything I needed. Very comfortable. "
