"I really liked the proximity to the train station and old town area. I thought there were good restaurants nearby and some options for grocery shopping. I thought the hotel room was nice and clean and had what I needed for my stay. The staff was polite, although I wish there was a more clear reception area. "

"The location, if you are using the coach station for trips with Best of Switzerland or Grayline is excellent as it is just accross the road. Easy to walk to Zurich Old Town and the lake for boat trips, through the train staion and along Bahnhofstrasse. Clean hotel although a basic room it had everything I needed. Very comfortable. "
