"Great location for easy access in and out of the city without being caught up in the centre. Felt welcomed from check in to checking out, staff were all very polite. Room was a good size with good facilities on site, a very pleasant stay."

"There is no staff in case you have questions but you can call the number - which I didn’t try, also no locker for luggage in case you want to store it pre and post stay. Other than that it was a great stay. "

"The location, if you are using the coach station for trips with Best of Switzerland or Grayline is excellent as it is just accross the road. Easy to walk to Zurich Old Town and the lake for boat trips, through the train staion and along Bahnhofstrasse. Clean hotel although a basic room it had everything I needed. Very comfortable. "

"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain.
