We caught an early flight the next morning and were surprised to see the hotel to provide some free hot croissants at the lobby for guests. This is very thought for guests checking out early who don’t have time to buy breakfast. "

"The Sheraton Zurich Hotel is located just outside the Downtown area of Zurich, a leisurely 10min tram ride. The property was clean, rooms were super clean, spacious and had the right amenities. The staff were amazing - kind, helpful and friendly. Henry from front desk was outstanding with his caring and compassionate attitude. The breakfast was amazing, delicious, and with a great variety of options.Overall it was a fantastic experience and stay at the Sheraton "

"As a solo traveller I give this a 5 star rating. The location is perfect beside a park and the swiss museum. All the tours leaving from the bus terminal are a few steps away. The breakfast is delicious. And the rooms albeit small are very clean and nice size bathroom. I would highly recommend for these reasons as well as clise to old town and designer shops."

"A lovely clean hotel with ample space in the room. Having just left Ibis Milan Centro which was hot and dirty it was a refreshing change. Great environmental ethos. Water in the room. Chargers for most electronics. Most appreciated. Very helpful staff. Arrived late and helped us get some food. "
