The location ist perfect and the breakfast is nice to kickoff the day. However the pillows are the worst I have ever used. I still have neck and shoulder pain 4 days after. I requested better pillows and eventhough they looked better they didn’t support my head at all.

This hotel is great! I only stayed in Zurich for 15 hours in transit, but I wanted to stay longer. The bed was a little small, but it was very clean and nice. What was even better was the breakfast. It felt like a typical European morning meal. I'll miss the croissants, coffee and milk. From now on. I'm very satisfied with this wonderful hotel.
